« We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was restful and refreshing. We especially enjoyed sitting in the chairs outside as the sun set and watching the deer and lightning bugs come out at twilight. We look forward to returning when we can! »

« Very nice and relaxing stay. Property was exactly as listed and did not disappoint at all! Great location the downtown waterloo and about 30 mins away from STL. Accommodations were great and so was Rika! We even ran out of propane on the grill at 10 pm and it was replaced even before we woke up the next morning. Highly recommended, we will be staying there again! »

« My son stayed there (as a gift from me) with some of his fellow 2025 highschool graduates. So I cant give personal witness. It is now 12:30pm on (11am) check out day.. hes now back in our area and I called him to ask (if he cleaned up and did his dishes etc…? for one) but also to ask how it was was it good “yes” and “thank you, again” that’s about it (which is his normal teenage hard to get a rise of excitment out - verbally) and what simple yes I personally know to equal - an unspoken- OMGosh...

« The house worked perfectly for our family wedding weekend in Ste Genevieve. Only feedback is that from the description and pictures, it was not clear that the two upstairs bedrooms are connected so you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the shared bathroom. »

« Relaxing setting between Farmington and St Genevieve. Both towns are rich in history and have small town charm. »

« This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. »
