« Great location and plenty of room to spread out »

« Great for a family! There is plenty of space for a large group and plenty to do. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. »

« My dearest friends from high school and our crew of children had the most wonderful time! We relaxed in the deck with coffee for the sunrise, kayaked, swam, hung out on the dock, so many memories were made and joy was found. The space was perfect and we have nothing but praises to sing. »

« House and property were great. We would recommend a ladder for dock to be able to get out of water easier. Additional chairs on lower patio would be nice to enjoy the view from both levels also. Still had a great time and will look to return. »

« Seven of us got together for my 50th this year and we all had a fantastic time! This was my and my husband’s 4th stay at “Watts Bar Lake Escape” and we are never disappointed. From the cleanliness of the house, to the well equipped kitchen, to the kayaks - everything is well taken care of. Brian and Nancy are so easy to communicate with & they truly go the extra mile to make their home feel like your home. I have no doubt we will be back again! »

« Perfect spot for a couple. Having the farm animals around was awesome. If the goal is simple and relaxing, this place is perfect. »

« Beautiful property, surrounded by nature. Quiet and serene. The cabin was lovely, with everything we needed for our stay!If we ever make it back to Tennessee, we will surely stay again. »

« The place was very clean. Zach communicated with us immediately. Beautiful area for our family to gather. Quiet area.Would be nice to have 1 more restroom. It was divine providence when we turned off hwy. 60 the road was my families name couldn't believe it. We will definitely be coming back. »

« After not being able to visit Montlake for decades, this was a very special experience for my wife and me. It is a beautiful location with easy access to a trail leading to the water or around the lake. It would be very comfortable for eight (four couples). I would prefer a king bed in the Master suite vs. two doubles. Some updating would be nice but it was comfortable and extremely clean. The host is very accommodating abd communication was timely. « Our whole extended family enjoyed the sitting on the large deck and watching the sun set! This place is peaceful and just what our family needed. The house was clean and well stocked. S’mores by the fire, bubbles off the deck, and the rope were some of our favorite features. The hosts of the home are kind and generous in offering this space and all the amenities! »

« The place was very nice and perfect for our party of 6. The hot tub was very nice! Plenty of parking. Privacy was nice. The pool table was a fun addition that we enjoyed! The bathroom upstairs does not have a shower but does have a tub), but I think it could be easily adjusted.. even with adding a curtain and just a hose head to wash hair, etc).
