« It was exactly as advertised. A quiet cabin in the woods. We were out every day, so we didn’t cook at all. (Except coffee in the morning, sometimes watching deer graze across the lawn) after running around all day. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. We would definitely stay there again! »

« We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! »

« The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

« Our stay at this Wintergreen Resort home was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, cozy atmosphere, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing escape.The hosts were fantastic—responsive, kind, and clearly put a lot of love into making this home a special retreat. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next stay....
