« Perfect accommodation for a quiet country getaway, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & generally very well equipped, clean & maintained to a high standard. We liked the pretty garden. Were slightly concerned on arrival that it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere but were impressed to discover the excellent Jempsons superstore nearby which has lots of local produce & everything you could possibly need. « We had an amazing 4 days at the property. The owner was fantastic providing us with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter amongst other things. The property was lovely and cozy and would highly recommend. The high street was a short walk with some great dining options ☺️ »

« We were looking for a base for a few days away and this fitted the bill well. A couple of previous reviews had commented upon general cleanliness and we found a child’s toy under the dining table when we got there and an odd sock behind the sofa, suggesting the cleaning wasn’t particularly thorough. Otherwise the property had all we needed. »
