« This property was very dirty when I arrived you sent someone to clean kitchen and bathroom, the dirty walls, skirting boards, paint chips everywhere broken tiles in bathroom, grout in bathroom had gone and in between it was just black this was advised as being able to sleep three people I was travelling alone no where for luggage tiny little unit like a dolls house the fridge was down in a corner under a bench. No tea towels to wipe dishes, bath mat was full of holes I would not recommend this...

Tunbridge Wells : les hôtels les mieux notés

The Spa Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and good facilities. The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa is very nice. Breakfast good. staff helpful. Tunbridge Wells is a lovely town and worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and bars and the Pantiles area is a pleasant 15 minutes walk either along the road or through the wooded area beside the road that also runs past ‘The Rocks’ and the cricket ground."

Sofitel London Gatwick

8/10 Bien

"Bon hôtel pour une nuit à l'aéroport. Digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais reste classique et est vraiment très très cher (47 euros). Le personnel de la réception pour le check in et out fait le minimum....Pas désagréable, mais trop juste pour un 4 étoiles...Dommage."

Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick Airport

8/10 Bien

"I booked my stay in order to avoid travelling to London at night. I was welcomed by a receptionist in training and she did an amazing job. Overall, the property is easily reachable by walking and close to fast food places for late night dinner. The room was comfy, spacious and clean but I saw several incrusted water stains in the bathroom and around the tea corner. I had a good and peaceful night sleep. I do warn about the gym though: it's well equipped but the machines are not taken care of and rusty so be careful while using them."
