„Small and unique. Quite peaceful and private. If you're looking for "seclusion" this isn't your place but no body bothers you. Close to everything. Cottage is well prepared and very enjoyable. Great for a relaxing getaway which is exactly what we got. Worth the stay!“

„The property was great and our stay was great. Tyler is a wonderful town. The only problems were a broken light in one of the bedrooms, no iron/ ironing board and we had to repeatedly call our host for the access code because they didn't answer any of our texts via the Vrbo app chat.“

„Such a fun and unique property with amazing communication from the hosts! The check-in and check-out process was easy. The house was clean and in a great location. We arrived late after helping set up for an outdoor wedding all day, and the AC was wonderful. The backyard was perfect for our senior dogs to explore. I messaged the host when I could not find the coffee maker, and she delivered one to us almost immediately, which was beyond appreciated since our weekend was so busy. Absolutely ...

„This is a great house with awesome space for a large group. 4 bedrooms/3 baths were awesome with everyone having enough space to get ready for a wedding and to sit around the dining table playing games. Was easy to get to everything on the itinerary in 15-20 minutes. The hosts checked in on us and were very communicative. Used door dash twice and both dashers were super friendly as welll.“
