« We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house! »

« In the area to visit my daughter, who is a student at a nearby college. We had a really nice weekend at the property. The inside was tastefully decorated and very clean. We had no problems during our stay. Will definitely use this again. »

« Very worn down and linens and bedding seems like it is as old as the property. It smelled bad and could not turn the heat on because it smelled so bad and we are not talking old dust smell. No ammenities at all. Did not feel secure with all the drinking and coming and going from other occupants. »
