« Adoramos o hotel pela localização. Não tem luxo, mas é tudo bem conservado e prático. Água quente, geladeira grande, televisão, fogão a gás, microondas. Serviço de quarto, limpeza, muito bom. A casa dois dias uma limpeza. Lembrando que San Andres, em geral, tem uma estrutura de suporte simples, nada de luxo, então, este hotel se torna muito atrativo. »

« It’s not a true hotel ! It’s a scam. When we arrived, the hotel was not at the address on the website. We had to walk 5 min more. As well, the room did not match with the pictures on the website. It’s a different location. They told us that their is no WiFi. Also, the room was very dirty, mold and cockroaches. The furniture in the bathroom was broken. The owner was not in the location so we had to deal with a guy. He was rude. When we told him that we don’t want to stay, he told us that we have...

« This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. The place wasn’t clean at all, rust on the shower handles, hair everywhere in the bathroom, needless to say they didn’t clean after the last visit. The main bed was so hard I think sleeping on the floor with a blanket would have been better so...
