« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser sehr gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Unsere Gastgeber sind auch toll. Sie haben uns alles erklärt und sich zwischendurch auch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sobald Heviz wieder auf dem Urlaubsplan steht, werde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped, centrally located flat in Hévíz. Being steps away from the thermal lake and great restaurant options made for an enjoyable week in town, plus we could easily explore the surrounding Lake Balaton area. Hosts were generous and kind, providing a flat with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed cooking "at home." Thank you so much! »

"Belle hôtel mais éloigné du centre ville, 25 mn à pieds. Très bon spa mais pas de piscine pour nager. Repas correct mais très loint d'une étoile Michelin comme mentionné dans un commentaire. Internet est le point noir de l'établissement, je pense que la connexion dépend de la chambre."
