House was well furnished with plenty of space and all amenities for day to day cooking etc. Barn was well equipped for any fixes to your machines and heated as well for a great hang out spot and to dry off your riding gear. « The location was great, we enjoyed the beautiful backyard and porch and access to Lake Superior and close to town. The town is really nice. The only possible improvement we would suggest is the bed in the front bedroom might need a new mattress, it was not particularly comfortable. »

« Perfect little town for a getaway. We stayed for 3 nights and explored the area. The restaurants were great, the beaches were beautiful and the cabin was cozy to come back to. Nice and quiet, offered the right amount of privacy and the bonfire area was perfect. Highly recommend. »

« Overall we loved our stay at the cabin. Having 6 people in the cabin made the single bathroom tough at times, but we made it work. I wish the water was a little closer as my mother has a hard time walking and couldn’t use the path to the beach, but t was beautiful. The children loved the loft and the kitchen was put to use to make breakfast every morning. Getting re-used to no TV and wi-fi was interesting at times, but we made it work and enjoyed spending time with each other like we did back...

« Lots of family (common) room, we could all gather in one room or break into smaller groups without interference. The back porch is a quiet heaven, absolutely beautiful. The basement is a kids/man retreat. Would recommend 5 stars if Lions flags were hung over the GB ones. GRIT- GO LIONSPs we left something behind and John was wonderful and fast at mailing it to us! 10/10 »

« I have completely forgotten to leave my review for one of the more memorable Vrbo experiences. My family and a couple friends did our UP trip back in August 24, and were incredibly lucky to find this gem. Spacious, clean, huge yard with fire pit hangout area, located conveniently close to all things Munising and Miners beach/falls. Complete isolated up north feel while still close to everything you need and want to see. Next time we take another Munising trip, we will be booking this house again »
