"Très grand hôtel, point de base pour visiter le parc national de Shiretoko. Chambre côté west wing de type japanese western style. Chambre très très spacieuse avec vu sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. Très très propre, bien agencée . La literie est confortable et la chambre bien insonorisée. Les bains public tres propre et très spacieux. Plusieurs bains et bains à remous dont un a l' extérieur pour admirer le coucher du soleil de l' extérieur. Le buffet dîner est surprenant. Il y a beaucoup de choix (japonais, western, chinois) soft bière et alcool a volonté. Un coin dessert en tout genre disponible! Le buffet petit déjeuner n est pas aussi fourni mais bien fourni (western,japonais,chinois et des fruits!?) Très bien pour les familles également "

"About the hotel It is absolutely no ryokan but rather a huge resort with a dining hall for 200+ people, an onsen for 150+ people, an arcade games room, several shops inside the hotel, etc. It also seems that the hotel recently merged with sister hotel Wings which is just next door. Hotel room We were misled by the good reviews which referred to the main hotel. Unaware of the difference between the main and the sister hotel, we ended up in the “Wings” hotel where rooms could definitely use some refurbishment and renovation. Description mentions traditional furniture. Nice way to describe worn out furniture from the 1990s. Bathroom was tiny and the oldest we have seen over our 2 weeks of traveling in Hokkaido. TV had no internet connection and had even no HDMI port. The “Mountain View” was also an absolute joke. View was first on the parking lot, then the fire escape stairwell and yes you could see one ski slope in the background. Food Misled by the word ryokan we expected a dining experience of high quality with local ingredients and attentive service. Well nope. Dinner and breakfast is buffet style, where you have to hand in a ticket when you arrive. You are then escorted to your table and are free to choose between Japanese, Chinese, or Western cuisine. While options are not lacking, taste and freshness was however sadly missing. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and if in the area, we would recommend La Vista Akangawa hotel instead"

"Un rapport qualité prix intéressant. Une construction originale. Malheureusement l'entretien laisse à désirer et plus de propreté serait nécessaire. Dommage il suffirait de peu pour faire de ce lieu une étape très bien. Bon repas."

"- Les plus = très propre , assez facile à trouver, cuisine à partager. - LES MOINS = chambre chère = près de 100 € et a l’arrivée il faut encore régler les serviettes de bains …! En outre, nous voyagions en couple et nous cherchions des grands lits à 2 dans les hôtels. Ici la PHOTO ÉTAIT MENSONGÈRE , présentant un soit disant grand lit pris en réalité avec un appareil grand angle …À LA SORTIE C’ÉTAIT UN LIT DE 120 cm pour 2 …!!! INADMISSIBLE car à 10 Km à peine on trouve des hôtels très bien avec onsen , grand lit et moins cher …DONC À FUIRE SI VOUS ÊTES EN COUPLE …!!! "
