„This is a nice place! It's a good size room, with a nice view and has some good places to eat close by. The Birds Cafe and Fishetarian are great! The only issue is the shower has no door or curtain, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. Despite that, I would stay here again. “

„This property was just what I needed for the 5 days of training I had in near-by Sebastopol. After a full day I was so thankful to return to the quiet, comfortable and peaceful apartment to make dinner and rest. The couch was my favorite, so cozy! „My teenage granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It feels a bit like you’re going back to a simpler time with everything you need but nothing fancy. The home was clean and perfectly peaceful. We listened to the birds saw a bald eagle in the trees next door heard a great horned owl, deer came through alongside some wild turkeys. I would definitely stay again. The Smart TV was able to provide some great Netflix movies while we did a few art projects together. “

„Spacious family room and kitchen! The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated; mattresses, pillows and duvet very comfortable. This is a quiet street with no road noise. I've stayed in many vrbo's in which the directions for how to use things, how to lock the door, how to clean up afterward are overly complicated. This home has a simple entry and exit, light switches are marked and the property manager is very attentive should a question arise. I highly recommend this property!!“
