« Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...

« Overall the unit was good, clean and basic supplies, accessible with stairs, and parking was not close. »

« In front of the door there were lots of leaves and pollen. When I told the owner he said there is a broom on site that I can use. The washroom door needs adjustment, was not shutting . »

« Excellent host and location, right in the village! Just wish the bathroom was updated and the would’ve liked the overall unit to be been cleaner overall. There are vinyl tiles in the bathroom that feel very weird to step on. »

« Excellent location and quite spacious. Be nice to have a few extra items provided such as pool towels but overall a good bang for your buck. »

« We loved our stay in Whistler and location was perfect. The bunk beds are in a room with no window nor ventilation. Be aware that it is a steam dryer so it takes hours to finish the cycle and clothes are still wet at the end. »

« Location was fantastic- 2 minute walk to the village. Condo complex is tucked into the trees and very shady and quiet. We did not have reliable internet and couldn't access cable. Some light bulbs were burnt out and needed replacing. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Cleanliness was 4/5. Balcony was unusable at the time and we were not aware of that. Overall, we would stay here again. »
