« The Love Shack was just like it was described. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. »

« No pictures or description can actually give you the peace and tranquility that this place provides!! We LOVED the privacy and being avle to walk (or ride) to rhe private beach and let our dogs explore and swim. We even crabbed for the first time and caught 2 crabs in no time. HIGHLY recommend »

« We enjoyed our stay! Our Grandkids (2) joined us too. Unfortunately we had to leave early to attend a funeral. We would absolutely consider this property for any future stays in the area. »

« Wonderful and friendly host, beautiful, impeccably-maintained, and well stocked home. Get your fishing license, read up on crabbing laws, and have fun! We found sea glass, decent-sized male crabs, and caught a flounder. »

« Communication with the Host before, during, and after was excellent. Very beautiful and spacious home, very clean. Views of the water and sunrise over the water are amazing (and so were the moonrises over the water). Heated pool was invaluable. Our two dogs had a great time in it and running up and down the hillside in the backyard. Plenty of amenities. Grocery stores not far. Had a wonderful time and can't wait to return. »

« As a couple we always look for a clean well maintained place to stay. The townhouse was Very clean, absolute 5 star maintained VRBO. Great communication. We enjoyed North beach for the weekend. »

« Excellent little getaway spot! The cabin is adorable, well-decorated, and well stocked with offline activities. The little AC unit really puts in work and we were never sweaty. The location does a great job of placing you in a perfect viewing location for birds, turtles, and butterflies. We were able to walk over to the winery fairly easily. »

« Beautiful and relaxing. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it did not disappoint. We absolutely loved staying at Colonial Beach and our VRBO was amazing. It was quiet and comfy. Just perfect. We will be back! »

« Hubby and I loved our stay in this rustic cabin. It is above the water with unobstructed views. We saw a LOT of birds during our stay. There were many Osprey flying around and catching their breakfasts/dinners right in front of us! There were bald eagles in the neighbors tree. Brett is very helpful and nice. The cabin is well supplied with nearly everything - TV, binoculars, telescope, beach chairs, as well as the essentials like Kleenex, paper towels, TP, etc. I recommend bringing your own...

« Another wonderful stay at this absolute jewel of a place. We had an amazing weekend and our kids loved every minute of it (even though it rained!). The house is perfect for 2 couples with kids. Communication with Rob and Clarissa was super easy, the house was spotless, and we were very comfortable. We’ll be coming up again soon!! »
