Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls. »

« We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. »

« Beautiful property! This home was perfect for a “girls” getaway. Tastefully decorated - furnishings and bedding were comfortable and high quality. The views of the lake were spectacular. Location is very private, yet a short ride to Canandaiqua for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. We have rented several properties over the years and we all agreed that this one was one of the best! Highly recommend this property. »

« This is a great cabin to rent. Very clean on the inside. Next to a pond, where you can hear frogs and birds. It’s located within 10-15 mins of civilization, if you need supplies or want to see sights. I’d highly recommend. »

« I just have to say that Gary and Dawn offer up a pc of heaven with this cabin and property. Whether you’re staying for just a couple of nights like we did or longer it is just so peaceful, cozy, and has everything you really need. We were in town to visit the Naples grape festival and to be honest we both couldn’t wait to leave the festival and get back to the cabin to just relax and play our scrabble on the back porch! The communication with Gary and Dawn anytime we had a question was amazing!...

« We really enjoyed our stay. For me, one of the properties biggest highlights was the elbow room between you and the neighbors. Lots of space. The property description is very accurate when it came to accessing the water so be sure to read it carefully to make sure it is for you. I found lots of fossils along the shore which was an added bonus!! »
