„Cosy Barn was the perfect place to stay for a get-away from it all weekend.The house was welcoming, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Quiet location with lots of lovely walks on the doorstep, and the village pub is about half a mile away. Claire responded quickly to the booking request and gave clear instructions for access to the house. Thank you Claire for making your cottage so welcoming and excellent communication. “

„really comfortable stay - the cottage is cosy but has high ceilings so no banged heads and it doesn't feel cramped. beds really comfy. fantastic location - amazing walks from outside the front door. lovely pub in the village down the hill. and the owners run the tea room next door so left us a lovely plate of cakes on arrival! “

„We were a group of 5 staying for 4 nights. The communication was excellent and very prompt. The apartment was almost as described, but I would say the double bed in the 2nd bedroom was more on the side of a large single and we could only sleep one adult male in this bed, with 2 having to share the sofa bed. Apart from that, everything else was great. Good amenities within the apartment, nice touch with the welcome basket and folder with instructions and a large list of local restaurants, ...

„From minute we walked in our stay was just what we remembered from last time we had been . Beautiful country kitchen and restaurant it lovely host left us a cake . Must say it had gone in the first half hour with us all . Eggs milk all the essentials to start out stay . It’s perfect for dogs my two loved the space and2 fields all to themselves. Perfect as one my dogs is reactive . Start to finish we loved it made memories in this little part off paradise . Hopefully we will be back soon . “

„Our stay was amazing The Chapel was in a beautiful location, a 2 min walk to the local pub and excellent for walks. Th hosts were very accommodating with a sample of some local treats , wine and beer. We will definitely stay again and would fully recommend “

„All check in details were emailed promptly by the owner and we found the property easily. We had a long weekend stay for a festival in the area and it made it very easy to travel to it each day. A great flat, nice lounge and comfy bed. Lovely self catering space “

„We booked the cottage for a week's stay whike work was being done on our home. It was a real home from home too. Everything's there, including electric blankets to warm the beds. Although thd heating kept the cottage toasty, we turned most off except living room and bathroom. Loved the log burner too, a real focal point. Internet provided was good, a bonus as the phone signal there is poor, as is most of the local area due to hills etc. Would certainly recommend.“

„Just what we needed for a short stay visiting family in Newcastle under Lyme. So kind of the owner to provide fresh milk and tea and coffee and biscuits plus toiletries in the bathroom. Comfy beds, cosy living room and well equipped kitchen. Only lack was no freezer so couldn’t re-freeze our cool box blocks but to be fair listing does say this. We are at the local pub and had a delicious meal. Loads of places to visit within 45 mins. We chose Hawkestone Park Follies this visit. Hope we can ...
