« This place is incredible for its tranquility and its soothing and relaxing environment. The log cabin is simply very welcoming and beautiful. Very clean where there will be everything at your disposal. Everything is so well thought out! The decor, the little details of the place not to mention the farm cat called Mr Jingles. « This home could be straight out of Southern Living magazine! The curb appeal and interior design are stellar! It is obvious that heart went into this home!! Additionally, the location was perfect to enjoy all of the Andy Griffith fun, which were all also great! Be sure to do the squad car tour, Snappy’s, Barney’s cafe, Floyd’s, the courthouse, Wally’s, downtown, and take your time in the museum to view the slide show and read all the things. « We had a very relaxing stay at this property which was perfect for us - an elderly couple. We had everything we needed and fantastic views. We stayed 4 days and cooked every night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The water pressure could have been better, but we managed. It was so quiet & peaceful that we hated to leave! »

« To start its a storage building not a tiny cabin. It looks like host or someone is staying there while they are working on house next door. So close you can see in windows. He was working that day, so no peace and quiet. Air didnt cool. Stayed 5 hours and went home. Worst birthday gift ever. Dont waste your time or money. »

« This cozy cabin was perfect for our group of four. We appreciated dogs being welcomed! The location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the serene property, the creek for wading and fishing, the hot tub, relaxing mornings on the porch, and fun activities nearby. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again if we come back to the area! »

« My son was graduating from NC state but lives in Winston Salem. This was the perfect spot for 5 adults and served as a great base camp. There were many small touches included and communication was immediate. We would definitely stay here again! »

« The cabin and its view was gorgeous. The country and wildlife decor was great! It was very well furnished and the communication with the owners was excellent. My husband and l would love to return to this cabin!!! I highly recommend for others to go to this precious cabin! »
