« 10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. Swipe to see the view from the bed… absolutely beautiful! »

« Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware. »

« Cute room with fantastic daily cleaning by lovely lady. Great view, just as advertised. Quick access to lakefront restaurants or tuktuk ride up to Santa Cruz. Like everything around Lake Atitlan, the climb is up or down…not a problem for us, but could be with heavy suitcases. »

« El apartamento tenia los platos sucios, las camas son terriblemente duras y el ruido es tan insoportable que nos fuimos un dia antes »

« The place was great. The only negative was trying to arrive. The given address confused the Uber drivers every time and put us on the street above the actual location. The stove was not functioning. The owner should check before guest arrive »

« This property is advertised as a two bedroom two bath. It is not true. When you get is a one bedroom, one bath with a bedroom being on the second floor in the bath on the first floor and a very, very tight dangerous spiral stairs between the downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. Turns out they say a second bed and bath is in a shack on the property that is now being used for storage. Regarding the property that you do get, the second floor bedroom is wood flooring that pops and creeks tremendously...

« Súper lindo todo gran lugar solo que no está en San Juan ni en san Pedro está en medio y es complicado llegar »

« This is a great and clean property felt like it was my home. Host communicated effectively always answered any questions I had and was able to accommodate to my needs. It was a safe and local to the city of xela lots of shopping places nearby. Great amenities such as gym roof top terrace, workplace station and excellent WiFi. Right now where I stayed there was construction and so it was loud early in the morning and late evenings. There is no air conditioning while the place is not hot...
