« We were not given the gate code, but that was sorted quickly. Location was fine. Enjoyed the trip's into Taupo and Acacia Bay. A coffee table would be handy. We made do with our "Chilly Bin". Nice to see Mount Ruapehu out the kitchen window. Nice tidy unit. »

« Positive Aspects:The property overall was fine and met basic expectations.Rooms and facilities were generally in order.Areas of Concern:BBQ: The BBQ was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It took significant time to clean, and when we attempted to use it, the 9kg gas bottle was completely empty. We drove to several places to refill it but were unsuccessful, which caused considerable frustration and delays.Kitchen & Utensils: Cooking utensils were left dirty, and there was no scrub provided to...

« Apartment only has two rooms (plus the bathroom), so note the bedroom is also the kitchen. The pull out coach bed is okay, but the bar on the middle is unavoidable »
