« Everything is clean and the vibe is really nice in my first impression.
Staff is also very friendly.
However, when I received my room, it is not right with whatever show on the website. There is a few things were broken in the room but the hotel didn't check before they let their guest to stay there. My bathroom has broken door handles, they knew it but they didn't fix it. Also, the water is hot during the day time but night time is not.
Hope they will improve better in the future. »

« The room was magnificent and the staff truly outstanding — attentive, warm, and always willing to help.
There are just a couple of small adjustments that would make the stay even better. The toilet area could use more privacy, as it’s entirely glass and doesn’t offer much discretion. A simple solution like frosting or a curtain would greatly improve comfort.
Also, the room included instant coffee among the amenities, but there were no mugs, cups, or a kettle to heat the water, which made it...
