.you’ve found it. The house is very comfortable and supplied well with linens, towels, etc. Scott is very accessible when needed. He was sincerely concerned when he found out we had a medical issue; he checked on us regularly during our stay. You don’t find that kind of people every day. “

„We are from Perry and always come and stay somewhere at the beach for Thanksgiving. This place had everything I needed to cook and was really lacking none. I forgot my cheese grader and was freaking out and when we got to the house she had 2. The house was actually very spacious too. Plan to stay again for scalloping season!“

„So this is at least my third time staying at this property and first time under the new owner Rebecca. Being my third time is telling you something right there, but the upgrades that Rebecca has done to this place has greatly improved it. „Since it was the off season, it was so quiet. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures in the listing are acurate. We rode our golf carts around town. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks, 2 small trailers and 2 golf carts in our designated spot. View from the pool was great too. Its right on the water.“

„The property is as advertised, with direct access to the Gulf, though the canal will be almost dry at ultra low tide. My kid enjoyed catching blue crabs in the canal when we weren’t busy looking for scallops in the Gulf. The view from the porch is a nice, relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon.The downsides are so small that they’re barely worth mentioning.
