« We had a good time while staying at this property. We were visiting our son while at TTU and seeing a football game. The only suggestion I would make is to have regular coffee for the keurig machine. There was only decalf. But that only a minor inconvenience. »

« The host communicated very well and quickly! I had no issues or complaints and it was the perfect space inside and out for a a few days getaway. It was definitely home away from and had all the amenities anyone could ask for. I would definitely stay there again! »

« It’s a cozy 1 bed, 1 bath spot with everything you need to relax, and the pool was definitely a bonus, especially in the Lubbock heat. Perfect for a quick getaway for two. We only stayed a couple of nights but would definitely come back! »

« Listing said 3 queen beds, twin sofa, twin futon, sleeps 11. In reality it has 3 queen beds, no twin sofa, no futon and sleeps 6. In addition the place is in the hood, cars driving by with bass blaring with headlights off. Also, place is pet friendly but the fence has multiple holes that a dog can escape from. I complained and the hosts now changed the listing to sleeps 9. How do 9 grown adults sleep in 3 beds? Complete disaster as I had to make other sleeping arrangements for the reat of...

« My stay was superb in every aspect!! From the booking to information to check-in and check out!! I couldn’t have been more pleased!! Nice neighborhood, too, so never worried about my vehicle. Hosts were a genuine pleased to work with and everything was as described. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. I recommend these hosts and Vrbo. »

« We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. »
