« The kind of place you almost don’t want to review so it stays a best kept secret. But seriously, this was a great find. Spacious, clean, easy access, and a 4 min drive from Vernon Downs, where I was attending a conference. There were a nice amount of amenities for the price point. Good quality towels and toiletries. Comfortable bed with good quality pillows and bedding. Convenient check-in/out, parking, etc. Easy to connect to WiFi, Bluetooth shower speaker, and YouTube TV, thanks to thorough...

« We did no cooking but the place was well stocked to do so. Comfortable and wonderful for a family for a graduation or hockey event. Very fair price! »

« The house was updated and very clean. We were in town for a hockey tournament and it was very convenient and close to the rinks. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The large closets upstairs were great for storing hockey bags and equipment. We did not need anything during our stay but when I messaged the host prior to check out, he responded within minutes. I would definitely stay again if hockey brought us back to Utica and tell other hockey families. »

« The pictures of this house do not do it justice! The open-plan kitchen-dining room-drawing room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The kitchen is very spacious, and the appliances are so exceptionally well kept, they appear brand new. Most are, as I understand that the house is only being rented for just over a year. There are 3 bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms are modern and beautiful. Excellent sleep and great showers are the two things that make...
