« We were in East Aurora for just 2 days, so we were looking for a nice place to stay that was reasonably priced. This property fit perfectly. We stayed in room C, which definitely has a great "man cave" feel. Great, comfortable couch and beds. It also has an amazing sun room with a dark rustic feel. Host was very nice and responded to questions quickly. Definitely recommend this property! »

« This was my second time staying here and still such an amazing time! So many sleeping spaces and an air mattress available if needed. Host is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Such a perfect place to get friends together :) Will definitely be coming back in the summer for the hot tub & pool! »

« Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. Overall just love the house and Buffalo is the best city I’ve ever visited. We frequented the Big Tree next door and couldn’t have met nicer people or been more welcomed. Definitely...

« Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here. »

« This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots. »

« We had a wonderful stay in June. Mary was communicative and kind - offering a toddler bed for my 4 year old (which is listed in his favorite parts about our trip) and being flexible when our flight was delayed. You can tell it's a well cared for home and the neighborhood was lovely for early summer walks in addition to being convenient to getting anywhere we wanted to go. We would be happy to stay again on future visits. »
