„This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in was easy and a welcome basket was awaiting our arrival! Everything about the house was warm and welcoming. The house is spotless and fully stocked with every necessary amenity. The beds were comfortable, the front and back porches are fully furnished, the backyard is private, the firepit has seating, and the country store is a wonderful adventure. Sandy is an amazing host. „Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again.“

„BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). Hot tub was PERFECT! We will be back again soon!!!! THANK YOU STACIE!“

„What an awesome place!! Cozy, comfortable, well stocked with every attention to detail, and soooo very clean! Right across the street from Lake Erie beach with sunset and Buffalo city views. Conveniently close to Highmark Stadium (which was the point of our tripb) and about 40 minutes from Niagara Falls made this the perfect location. Very gracious host made the stay even more pleasant. We'll gladly come back again!!“

„The host was very communicative and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The only drawback was the road noise in the neighborhood—there seems to be an auto shop nearby, and the frequent engine revving at all hours was disruptive. Aside from that, the property was perfect for a guys’ weekend.“

"Das 3-Sterne-Hotel hat uns insgesamt wegen des eigenen Parkplatzes, der guten Ausstattung des sehr freundlichen Rezeptionsservices und des sehr guten Frühstücksangebotes gut gefallen. Besonders loben möchten wir das gute und leckere Frühstücksbuffet und den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Küchenmitarbeiter und die kostenlose 24-Stunden Kaffee- und Teestation im Aufenthaltsraum. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Negativ möchten wir die fehlende Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt hervorheben. Nur an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, als ich es ausdrücklich an der Rezeption erbeten hatte. Obwohl ein gutes Trinkgeld mit einem Zettel "Thank You" im Zimmer lag wurde es in den nächsten Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert. Schade!"
