« Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. »

« Adorable little cottage just a few minutes from Lake George. Perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I! The hosts were extremely nice, made sure everything was clean for when we arrived, and even left us some tasty donuts on the kitchen table! Would absolutely stay again next time we take a trip to the area! »

« First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure! »

« Our stay was very nice. Place was clean and organized. We are a family of 4, Three adults and a teen. The sofa/futon is a pull out double bed. It was ok. If left open to bed, not much room during the day with kitchen so close. The drive to the lake was short and very nice. Lots of places to eat in the area. Great shops in area. All in all, a very nice place to stay. »

« We absolutely loved our stay in the cabins! They were warm and cozy, making for an amazing experience. Being by the river was incredible - falling asleep to the sound of the water was pure bliss. We also had a blast swimming in the lake with the baby. The cabin itself was spotless and very welcoming. Overall, we'd give it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. Can't wait to come back! »

« Wow!! Pool, river with canoe and 4 kayaks. The kitchen was the heartbeat of our time. Very well stocked. The owners thought of everything from coffees to popcorn to snacks. Talk about popcorn. They have a cut popcorn machine with plenty popcorn kernels to pop. However we didn’t use it. This house is perfectly maintained. The owner Niki texted me when the garbage would be picked up and the lawn mowed. Plenty of bedrooms for myself, husband, adult kids and our two grandsons, aged 5 and 7 and my...

« Loved it for our short stay in Saratoga. Perfect place while attending the race meet. Very convenient to the track and other entertainment. Easy check-in/check-out and parking and host was responsive on a request to do a early check in. »

« Great Location, minutes from lake George, kids caught about 30 fish over the weekend in the river. »

« We had a great stay. Ample room for our extended family of 11. Everything was clean and in great condition, from the pool and hot tub to the kitchen and bathrooms. Convenient location with access to Lake George activities. When we had an issue with the central air conditioning the owner accommodated us the same night with multiple window units and repaired the central air by the next morning - they really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We would definitely stay again! »
