« We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse »

« House is very nice. Lots of SPACE Beds are comfortable and the entire house is clean Host, Brad was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We played a lot of games and a card table would be nice. Also written instructions and a broadcast guide forthe TV would be very helpful. »

« This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning.
