« The Coop was perfect! The property was beautiful and peaceful. The owners were wonderful and friendly. The bathroom and shower were clean and spacious. They had multiple options to rent, from huts to an RV and a cabin. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back! »

« We love tiny cabin glamping. Beats the hassle of having to pack all our normal camping gear. We loved the quietness of this western location. A few years back we stayed ar the eastern location, when it was Getaway something, and loved both. Will be looking forward to the next time we glamp here. So peaceful and great family time. »

« Great property for a group trip. We enjoyed the house it was spacious and had everything we needed. The lake, kayaks and paddle boards were a lot of fun. I highly recommend and would stay again. »

« We’re a family of 16: 8 adults and 8 children ages 3-13. This is our 3rd summer to rent a house together. Everyone said that the Hilltop Farmhouse is the best house we have ever rented. The pool was the highlight and it was so nice to swim without the bright sun. The kitchen is amazing with a commercial grade refrigerator and a regular refrigerator. « This home is located in a nature lovers paradise. The house is very nice and the covered porch is great. There is a path down to the river. They have a beautiful large deck overlooking the water and a staircase leading into the river. And the woods surround everything. A true quiet getaway.Liz was so easy to work with and quickly got back to me with any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay! »

« My wife and I checked in on Friday with Jim one of the owners. He walked us around the home and showed us the kitchen and where all the stuff was. Wi-Fi was sufficient for the stay. We stayed in the lower room, and there were cob webs around the lights and had a cabin/musty smell. This is not a Hilton or Marriott property, you are staying in a home that is off the beaten path. Would I stay there again? YES. If I addressed the issues with Jim and Tracy would have addressed it. »

« The property was perfect for our overnight stay. Needed a place to stay after a concert at Bethel Woods and this home met our needs. Very cute and we really enjoyed the Woodstock vibe. The scavenger hunt was a fun added touch. »

« Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use...

« We enjoyed the house and lake from the minute we arrived. We are a large group of 18 from adults to infants and there was plenty of room for all of us! We all thought that the host took the time to make sure that anything we even thought about needing was available for our use. Thank you!! »

« Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. « Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. »

« The perfect peaceful, private getaway while still being only 10-15 minutes outside of two towns with plenty of restaurants and activities for those who like to get out and about. It was clean and very comfortable. Everything is extremely well stocked; games, movies, kitchen items, the owners really went above and beyond! A great place to beat the heat and take a break. »
