« Great little cabin on a pretty, quiet pond. My son loved fishing in their rowboat. I loved reading on the porch. It was clean and well taken care of. It’s in a remote area so we brought food and laid low while we were there. Loved hearing the loons and watching the sunset. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Thank you! »

« We loved our stay on Trout Lake! Check in was easy and as described. The kitchen was well-stocked and nicely set up for meal prep for our group of 7. We enjoyed the bi-level deck with a large table and chairs for 6 on both levels. The inside common area was plenty spacious for the one rainy day we needed to be indoors. « Teresa was a great host and a very responsive communicator. She treated us with respect and was incredibly welcoming to me and my family. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Camp Hemlock was condusive for relaxing and enjoying the private and the quiet surroundings. Boyd pond is the perfect size for kayaking and fishing with the family. Overall this is the best location we have stayed in the ADK area. »

« This is a darling home and comfortable to stay at. There were 6 of us and we stayed for 14 days. The hosts' has the house set up with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. All we had to do is bring in some groceries and begin our stay. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip. Great people to deal with. »

« Wonderful camp on Star Lake. The camp/house has plenty of room and all the amenities that you will ever need. The decor is perfect. The grandkids had a blast playing on the sandbar and exploring the lake on the kayaks. The hosts were super and responded to my inquire immediately. An incredible, unforgettable family vacation with our kids, grandkids and sister from Florida!! Thank you! »

« The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of pots and pans and even an electric griddle for making pancakes. The refrigerator in the boat house saves lots of trips when you want to spend the day fishing on the dock. The foosball table was a delight for the grandkids (even though Grandpa was still able to beat them)! »

« Absolutely wonderful! The cabin is spacious yet cozy, clean and welcoming. We absolutely loved the screened porch and spent every evening chatting and playing games out there. We went kayaking on the lake, grilled out, played outdoor games, sat by the fire with complete privacy. This property is nestled in by the trees and the lake. Jane was an absolute fantastic host.
