« Beautiful lake front property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cool workout area with sauna that we only wish we had used more. Deck with nice view of Waneta Lake and easy access from house to dock for lake swimming and other water activities. A bit of a drive to nearest towns and most wineries and breweries but overall good location on smaller more accessible lake. Host was very responsive to questions and thankfully was not needed for any issues. Overall great experience. »

« Beautiful cabin that has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. A lot of attractions within 30 min -1 h drive on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The hosts are great! Thank you Ray and Destiny - we will come again! »

« They property was exactly as described. I gave a good only because you could hear the tenants upstairs walking around and a child screaming down the hall a lot. Pam has no control over those things. What she can control was great »

« Lovely property in old historic building. It was decorated beautifully, and gets an A in cleanliness. It would be nice to have a couple of hooks to hang clothes since there is no closet. The loft bed was great, but as an older person, it would be nice to have a grab bar in the wall by the bed as you climb into it. Also, a couple of folding luggage racks to hold suitcases so they would not have to be on the floor. It was the perfect place for our two day stay and I would definitely stay...

« Our stay was overall fine. The mattress in the one room was awful and the bedrooms were significantly warmer than the main living area. The “oven” was not usable to actually cook dinner. It was a microwave with a convection setting. »

« The host has done a wonderful job on providing a comfy, clean, and inviting space which is a convenient location to all of your downtown shops and eateries. Initially, we thought the downtown location may have some challenges, but the parking was very easy and right around the corner and we slept like babies in a comfortable bed. The only initial issue, was no coffee grinder for the beans, but the coffee shop is right across the street. »

« Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly...
