« High quality room, with farm privacy and atmosphere. We would recommend it and stay there again. Only one thing: The ladder to the loft bedroom is quite steep. My wife struggled a bit with it. But then, she is in her late 60's. Nevertheless, a good place that we will recommend. A/C worked well, and was needed. Room very clean. We hardly saw staff, which was fine, as we enjoyed our privacy. »

« As a host Kayla was 10 out of 10. She was friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to any messages. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. It was everything as described. It was close to town and other attractions (such as wineries) in the area. The price we paid was exceptional. If we ever need a rental in this area again, this will definitely be our first choice. »

« The cottage was clean, spacious, had 2 bathrooms (which is uncommon for small cabins). It was very well stocked with kitchen items, and the bath towels were awesome, the bed was very nice. It was peaceful and beautiful. The hostess, Suzie was easy to contact and helpful when we had a question upon checking ìn. I would recommend this place and would stay again if we are in the area! »

« Nice place. We cooked meals inside on the stove but also over a fire at the fire pit. There is a small creek behind the cabin that runs when it rains out. That was pretty cool. No nearby light pollution so the sky is really dark at night and you can see a lot of stars. Overall a great experience. Two wineries close by. It's on the wine trail. Close to everything in Southern Illinois. We went to all the state parks. »
