« This home was great for our extended family vacation. There was a place for everyone to feel comfortable and call their own, as well as great spaces to have fun being together. The beachfront location could not be beat! »

« We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable. »

« The apt is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good location for where we needed to visit. The security gate was a plus for safety. The host was quick to reply to our inquiries. We enjoyed our stay. »

« The house was set back on the property which wasn’t what we thought but it is a 13 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the Channel Island Harbor and a 10 minute drive to Ventura Harbor Village. So much to do around the location. House was beautiful inside and accommodated our family. Fire pit wasn’t hooked up but we enjoyed the views from the top and the lights around it made it comfortable. Would recommend for sure! »

« It worked perfectly for our Ojai wine festival trip, close by and she had everything and then some ready for us. You don't need t bring anything except yourselves. »

« My partner and I had a really nice stay here. It was in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything within a 10 minute drive for our weekend getaway. The cottage itself was just the right amount of space for the two of us and was comfortable all around. I'd plan to stay here again on a future trip back. »

Enjoyed cooking and bbqing for the family, and loved the option of outdoor or indoor seating for all 7 of us! The property was perfect with lots of different outdoor spaces to enjoy. « Seaside Paradise was a great location for our 2024 Family Thanksgiving holiday weekend! The sunsets, the ocean and park was awesome having everything so close to enjoy. The kitchen is in need of some love. They have a broken built in microwave above the small oven and you don’t know it’s broken until you open it. They have a working counter microwave. The house didn’t appear to have been cleaned before we arrived and the master bedroom is an open aired loft style. The master has Great views...
