« Cozy cabin in the woods, our dog didn’t want to leave. The bed was a double but we slept better in it than we did with some queen beds. The cabin can get warm for summer but we were able to create a good cross breeze by opening both windows and using the fan provided. It is a beautiful glamping experience. The compost toilet was the biggest adjustment for us. The ferry nearby can be a little noisy if sitting outside but hardly ever noticed it in the cabin. Unfortunately the trails and sauna were...

« The dome itself was lovely and well situated on the water. The bed was uncomfortable, but the linens were clean. I was very disappointed in the facilities. I have no issues with using a pit toilet, however you must provide some running water for guests. The only way I was able to fill up water bottles was to ask the people at the lodge to go into the kitchen to fill my water bottles. I was also incredibly disgusted by the showers at Cabot Shores. The cabin itself was comfortable and its location was accessible to the Cabot Trail and various music venues. As well as having access to good food all over the island, we enjoyed the food at the nearby. Dancing Goat for breakfast or lunch and the food truck, Fish Out of Water. »
