« The house could not have been better. Large open floor plan, each floor has a kitchen and laundry room which was wonderful, wide hallways, open layout. With a large group we could have together time at the big island and 12 seater table or find space to have quiet time. Outside is beautiful, pool and hot tub fabulous with private beach access. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and very well stocked. NO COMPLAINTS. We can't wait to come back. »

« This home is absolutely beautiful! Our family of 14 people stayed here and we had such a nice time. Everyone loved how close this home was to the beach and the views from the house are incredible! Seaside shopping is just a short walk to get there so you don’t have to hunt for parking. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Coastal Cabana was everything & more! My family & I booked a last-minute trip to Miramar & we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Bob was most helpful with the booking process, he responded quickly to any questions we had before/during our stay, & was overall a great host. The house was clean, the location can’t be beat, & the pool was perfect! We visit the Santa Rosa area often & this was one of our favorite stays. We will certainly return to Bob’s Coastal Cabana in the future for more...

« We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to...

« We absolutely loved this property! We have been going to the Destin area from Texas for 20 years and this is the first beach house we booked. We will never go back to a condo. The privacy, pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The property manager was amazing and prompt with our questions before the stay, and a few during. We had overcast weather and requested a heated pool mid-stay and the maintenance guy was there in a flash to accommodate, plus he was super nice and had a fun...

« On the beach, condo has a great view of the gulf. Place was clean and comfortable. Love the Sandestin resort and all it has to offer. Great place to walk, jog, or bike...especially if you take the tunnel to the other side of resort. Village of Baytowne Wharf also a fun place. »

« Stay was great, very close to the beach - less than a 3 minute walk. Great set up for large group of kids on the bottom floor, with their own kitchen and living room area. Was a great place! »
