« My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Getaway very much! It was so clean and bright. Wonderful views of Lake Como and grounds. We didn’t have much time to explore and the kids were definitely disappointed we didn’t get to the pool, but it was wonderful. Very well appointed. Great job Monica! »

« I would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the pool, walked around town, walked to the beach, and basically ate, drank, and shopped our way through Lake Geneva. It was nice to have access to the facilities at The Cove, but also the easy check in and out and personalization of renting the condo from Sal and Annie. »

« This house was perfect for our group (several families with babies). The host was great and very communicative, even dropping off a replacement pack-and-play when we realized the house was missing its one. The property was clean and as-advertised and even had a few fun extra things, e.g. two paddleboards and some floaties for our use. There was plenty of parking for our whole group and it was about a 15 minute walk to a small neighborhood "beach" and playground. Would recommend and would stay...

« Great house and plenty of good space for a large group. Very private property and had an excellent time enjoying the views and the water.If you are getting in the lake I would suggest some water shoes, there were some sharp rocks.Overall, very happy with our stay! »

« Perfect location, shops nearby, old home with charm.... first floor bathroom was a Jack and Jill bathroom for two bedrooms, so not easily accessible from the third bedroom or other common areas. Bathrooms have been renovated and were very nice. Two kitchens, downstairs equipped with everything you need. Bjorn was a very responsive host. Overall a great place for a girls weekend!! »

« Very well kept. Good location Just a few recommendations- how to lock/unlock washer @ dryer. Communication- rcvd an e-mail late Saturday and offered an additional night for only 200, which we declined.Then we were offered a late check out on Sunday for 50I responded yes to late departure.Then no mention of late checkout.Tried again but no success. So, we left before 10a. »

« What a lovely place!! It has been renovated and it is simply beautiful!! I certainly love all the little extras too, ie comfy blankets and pillows! The 1st floor entry, it made it easier with small children. Do not hesitate, this one is a winner!! Thank Amy for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed our stay!! »

« This was a perfect location. Its very close to the boat landing on Lake Como. It's also about 15 minutes from the boat landing in Williams Bay for Lake Geneva. We have a large dog and the fenced yard was perfect for him.Dan is very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay again. »
