Nearby Lake Rathbun is beautiful with great fishing, this house has large outdoor fire pit with seating and large picnic table with umbrella and a wrap-around deck. Inside is cosy and comfortable. « You could not ask for more beautiful place on the lake with walking paths and privacy. The accommodations for enjoying the outdoor space was great. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. We caught several small fish but we eventually found some large Crappies bass, and catfish. It was one week of total relaxation and heaven. »

« Friends trip and accommodations worked out great. Easy check-in and check-out. Pool has a little privacy fence so you truly feel like you are out there on your own, surrounded by nothing but nature. Was very happy with how well kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and various kitchen appliances. Floor is finished cement which was actually really nice for in and out of the pool, didn't have to worry about making carpet gross & wet. Do recommend bring your own floaties and a shade...

« We loved this stay, very accurate as depicted. We walked over to Caseys every morning for coffee and to get in a few steps. The apt had everything we needed from night lights to coffee and filters, to shampoo and body wash. Bed was very comfortable and the dark bedroom curtains allowed us to sleep in. Quiet apartment, even with residents on the 2nd floor. »
