« We used this lovely home as the location for our bridal party to get dressed and ready for the day. The outside views are stunning. Kentucky farm land at its best. Literally rolling green hills. Our plan was to take all of the wedding photos outside there but unfortunately we got rained out and had to switch locations suddenly. « I have rented several vrbo's this one in Madisonville did not disappoint. Exceptionally clean,all that one could ask for tv channel selection. Good mattress on the beds, plenty of spices, duel coffee machine, pod or ground. The location was pretty close to our relatives. The information on the home was accurate. We were able to go to the local grocer and make dinner in, instead of having to eat out. The owner was kind to contact us about a weather issue but there were no issues we could see. « We had a great stay at Randy’s house. It was just as listed, clean and in a good location. Randy met us at the house and gave us a small tour and run down of how things worked- wonderful host. Our stay was short but if we had more time the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the hot tub looked like it would have been nice to use. »

« This is a wonderful farmhouse surrounded by cornfields: all the peace and quiet you want, but within 15 minutes from whatever you need. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the hosts seem to have thought of every detail to make your stay a pleasant one. We also loved reading about the history of the house and its previous occupants! Great experience all around. »
