« This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again. »

« I really appreciated the hosts constant communication and quick responses. The property was perfect for hosting our party. Clean space and modern appliances. We really liked having the space within walking distance to the train station. One star removed due to the parking situation and the pillows/blankets were not very clean (yellow stains). Otherwise really great. »

« We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. »

« The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit. »

« The sheets were way over bleached and burned my skin. The bed is way too soft and the sofa is uneven and sinks. The area is quite scary especially at night, and it is surrounded by vacant lots and construction zones. Most of the other stores in this building are closed, and homeless people walking around. The cleaning products use have a distinctively bad smell that even the air conditioning couldn’t eliminate, and the air conditioners are so loud you can’t hear the tv if they are running. »

« I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

« Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. "Propre, personnel accueillant. Jai eu droit a 2 consommations au restaurant, le restaurant etaitvtres bon et la musique au bar m'a donne envie de danser. Le dejeuner qui etait inclus etait tres bon, il y avait un comptoir a omelette. Stationnement inclus avec la chambre. Pres de l'autoroute "

"J'ai passé le pire sejour de ma vie. Les matelas sont inconfortables. L'internet coupe souvent et le petit déjeuner fait pitié. Le personnel presque inexistant et d'une arrogance incroyable. "
