« We truly enjoyed our stay. The location and access to the lake was excellent. Easy check in. Might want to bring a full sized knife and all seasonings/oil you’ll need to cook, but otherwise it worked well to prepare our meals as needed. « Nice place. Loved sitting out on the lower deck looking at the lake. If you are looking for lake access, this isn't it. Rent a boat for a day or go to Pokagon State Park and use their beach. We lost our long-term rental on Lake James when the owner sold it. In the past, every summer we would drive over the border to play golf on Iyopawa and we knew the area. This house backs up to the 2nd tee. We picked this place based on the golf course. We have our favorite local restaurants. We liked to walk...

« The house was amazing.All the amenities you need while going away.Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities.Bathrooms were fully stocked, hand soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper too. Not just 2 rolls either or made of sandpaper. I noticed the solid door on the bathrooms. when redoing a house most people stick to the hollow doors to keep the price down, but the bathrooms were solid. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of fans to go around.Outdoor furniture was available, (the deck gets very hot) ...

« Here for the week with children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the "bunk room" for the grandchildren. [all eight of them] They could all stay in one room and had such a great time hanging out together. Communication with Kim was incredible! Had one very small issue with the stove and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this house for large families. Thank you Kim!!! »

« Beautiful property with plenty of room to spread out. The family room with large couch and TV are on the second floor so that was an inconvenience for some in our group. The beds are very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ambiance of the front porch patio with fire pit, tiki bar and koi pond with waterfall. Sean and Shauna are great hosts and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. »

« We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! »
