« A secluded, cozy location, as describe by the host. The king bed upstairs is exceptionally comfortable. The washer and dryer are new machines and easy to use. We saw butterflies every day from the back deck. A tranquil place to breathe it all in. Will definitely be returning. Oh…bring a blow dryer. I do have 2 things, while not ideal to me, are the spiral stair case and the shower stall. I appreciate that cabins have a limited amount of space, the stairs should be addressed first. « Private and charming get away! We enjoyed hiking the marked trails and spent the evening in the hammock seats hanging on the porch enjoying the chorus of creatures in the woods with a quiet fire burning in the fire pit. We highly recommend a stay. »

« Nice place. We could have used a few more kitchen pans and deeper skillet. Someone was supposed to get back with us on what type grill was there and did not, but overall, it was very nice and quite clean. We enjoyed using the fire pit. »

« We had a short getaway & really enjoyed our time at Lazy Oak! Easy to get to & great accommodations for 3 women! Loved the porch & hot tub! »

« Everything was fantastic! The only thing I would mention is there was way to much Chlorine in the Hot tub. It turned my silver rings black. I have never been in a hot tub that did that. »

« My husband and I wanted to get a long weekend away in the Red River Gorge area. We were celebrating our anniversary and looking for somewhere peaceful and cozy to stay. This place was as great as it could get. Amanda is a wonderful host and there was plenty of attention to detail put into the container homes. We were very impressed and would highly recommend her as a host and the container home we stayed in. Keep helping make amazing memories for people, Amanda. You’re great at it! »

« Loved the cabin. Sufficient number of bathrooms and beds. Sufficient number of plates, utensils, and kitchen towels. Loved having the crockpot. Pool table got a lot of use. I would recommend larger bath towels and a couple additional pillows for the futons. »

« The host was super thoughtful! There were so many little amenities in the kitchen and bathroom that we weren't expecting. The cabin was super clean, and the linens and bed were very comfortable. We felt very welcome and would love to come back again soon! »

« This place was the best little get away.... Very cute and very clean....There were some things that I had to address, but it was a really nice stay for me and my Penny. I will definitely book this little quaint getaway again »

« The cabin is exactly like its pictured, clean and comfortable, directions were easy to follow. Amazing internet. Beautiful views. I would recommend just a few things for future guests. I tend to forget small things, and i always assume that there will be toiletry items and samples of laundry detergent, etc. This is 100 percent my fault but these things are not provided so double check your bags! Also, if you're a couch potato at night, bring your own throw blankets. Again, all things I...

« Very nice and well kept. My daughter called it our tree house. She loved that big bathtub(jacuzzi) Only thing was her climbing the stairs, might want to bring your own baby gates. »
