« We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our king room on the first floor was very comfortable, spotless, had a large bathroom, and even a little back deck. The historic property was beautifully restored and clearly very well cared for by innkeeper Veronica and her team. Veronica's gourmet breakfasts were a huge treat, different every morning, and served with attention to every detail in the elegant dining room. Veronica was happy to share suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area....

« Un séjour d'une semaine, la chambre était impeccable. Par contre, le bain-douche manquait d'un peu d'amour ! En effet, l'émail du bain était abîmé, le robinet vraiment capricieux et le jet de la pomme de douche était moyen. Il serait avantageux de le remplacer par un douche téléphone de qualité. « There are no rooms that are accessible for handicapped people. The stairs have a handrail on only one side with no elevator and no ground floor rooms. When I asked about how I would be able to get my bags and myself upstairs to my room, the desk clerk commented rather snidely that I should look for a different hotel. Not the slightest sign of sympathy or offer of assistance. The hotel is over 100 years old and it shows its age… not in a good way. »

« Great property with a lovely beach, pool and staff. Plenty of chairs at pool and easy to get around the property. There is always conferences and business travelers so keep that in mind. Kid and dog friendly »
