„Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. “

„Condo met my expectations. It was a good space for our group. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. It was in a good location and was easy to find and park.It was a little run down and the living area was a bit compact. Also be aware there are about 20 stairs to get into the unit. Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.“

„The pictures represented the property well. The unit is spacious and has all the amenities you need for a short or long term stay. Great location with a reasonable 20 min.walk to downtown to restaurants and shops.Constant communication from the management team for check in and check out. Would stay here again! (One small annoying issue. The master bed frame squeaks every time you turn or move or get in and out. Break out the WD 40!)“

"Mountain View meaning straight away on the highway - loud and not a chance to get a room in the back. Breakfast of really poor quality - only fresh product remaining was one last orange an hour before the end of breakfast.specifically as an European I will never understand the throw away plastic cutlery concept. Takes away the breakfast rooms rustic charme in a blink of an eye - Canada you can do better. Staff seemed modestly motivated, along with the overall state of the premises. Unused potential nestled between the mountains."
