« What a shame… this place may have had an amazing potential. Unfortunately my stay was incredibly disappointing. « Upon our arrival (11.30am), there was no one at reception, in fact we never got to meet any reception /management staff. The only people there were a cook and young man, that had no idea what was going on. He informed us that the reception lady was on her way and would arrive approx 4pm!!
