« Just come back from a weekend at this cottage. Two adults, two children and a dog. Plenty of space and fairly private patio area. It's really lovely. A real home from home. Highly recommend it. The Bay is a quiet and well maintained holiday village, with the bonus of having a pool, sporting activities , a pub and shop on site. The beach is a fair walk away and fairly steep but it's clean and dog friendly. »

« Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems. »
