« Fantastic condo to stay at, thank you, Peter. Extremely clean, and bright each morning, located in a quiet community of other condos. Peter was very helpful prior to getting there and throughout the stay when we had a few questions. The Beach is walking distance, but be sure to use sunscreen because the sun is closer than you think. We highly recommend staying here. »

« I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. »

« En novembre 2024 mon conjoint et moi cherchions un endroit tranquile pour se reposer nous avons choisi le NorthWest Point Resort. Ce complex qui offre plusieurs condos était vraiment tranquille avec une belle grande piscine et un bain à remous trÚs grand. La Plage est tranquille et grande mais beaucoup d'algues. Nous nous sommes pas baigner sur cette plage mais comme l'ßle est petite nous avons loué une voiture et avons fait le tour de l'ßle et sommes allé sur les autres plages qui sont à...

« We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. House keeping was great and even loaded the dishwasher for us each day. We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. « Apartment was exactly as advertised. Communication with host was quick and efficient. Check in and out was completely stress free. (No weird chore list like some vacation rentals). Location is amazing, very quiet. No one else on the beach other than guests of the resort. A bit of a drive out of town, but this was a plus for us. No noise from dog/chickens at night. Would definitely stay here again! »

« From my first inquiry about the property, Margarita was very quick with her responses. She was excellent to work with.The location is wonderful. The grocery store, shops and restaurants are a short walk away.The very best part is the beach in front of Villa Renaissance. It is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the patio is exactly as magnificent as the picture online. There were always chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. »
