Positives:-Great large space for families. Cozy living room with vaulted ceiling into an open kitchen, and game room is perfect for kids. Nice separation between adults and children as needed. We appreciated the full size crib for our 2.5 year old. -Quiet neighborhood and short drive to downtown Flagstaff.-Easy check in and clear check out instructions. Negatives: -Terrible communication/timing with the host. We were told about a non-functioning main fridge while en route to AZ on the day of check in. While a replacement was provided, it was located in the garage (no ability to make ice either) causing a major inconvenience given the price we paid for our stay. Additionally, the host did not offer any partial refund. We attempted further communication to discuss a partial refund but have yet to hear back in several weeks. Our next communication will be with Vrbo direct to try and rectify.-Outdoor spa had lukewarm water at best and zero lighting…might be better in the summer with more natural light into the late evening. -Fire pit area did not work due to lack inoperable gas line…followed the detailed directions but no luck. Had we not had these issues with the residence, lack of timely communication with the host, and having an equitable resolution, this would have been a 10/10 location.
