« Check in staff was fantastic. Very friendly and explained everything. MAJOR ick was hair all over the sheets. I was able to get 1 flat sheet and 2 pillow cases. We slept on top of the blankets and used the sheets. TV works but doesn’t stay connected to watch anything. Auto AC kicks on and off all night. Awful night of sleep. RV appears to be pretty new. Just housekeeping. Very close to Williams which is an awesome fun town. »

« The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel. »

"Très bon emplacement, directement dans le parc du Grand Canyon, ce qui est un véritable atout pour profiter des points de vue dès le lever du soleil. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, mais l’hôtel commence à montrer son âge. Un petit rafraîchissement des installations lui ferait vraiment du bien. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous le recommandons avant tout pour son emplacement exceptionnel."
