The home was very spacious with 2 kitchens, comfortable beds and several outdoor spaces. It was very close to DT with easy access to freeways. I’d stay here again.

We loved the location to downtown Flagstaff. The home was very spacious and room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the patio. If you have a large group this is the place.

if you are looking for space this is fine. Has an old feeling. Rug color rubbed off on my clothing, and furniture was older. kitchens and bathrooms were nice and it was well stocked. Biggest problem was I was told there was A/C, but upstairs it was the stand alone units and therefore you could not close the blinds and there were not curtains,so we woke up with the sun, and had no privacy from the women next door. Downstairs bedroom only had fans. Day before we arrived we were told that the oven did not work (we did not really need it). The grounds were not taken care of, and there was a " For rent" sign outside. It is a great place for a ski trip in the winter for 20-30 year olds. But not an extended family who wanted a nice place and to be cool in the summer. Other issue was he added costs after I booked because he said there were more people, I objected but he never responded. Also never responded once we got there about the loud A/C units. Terrible communicator. I am a realtor and always respond right away. He still has not responded, and we are gone over a week ago! I usually give great reviews, and if he had gotten back to me I might have felt differently. That being said. Great place to crash for a big group close to town. Hill is a little tough but I am not that young(:

We had a great time!

Family from Montana, Utah, and Arizona met up for a week in the pines. We had a great time and there was *plenty* of space. We enjoyed the outdoor areas for relaxing and reading. The individual AC units in each room were wonderful and kept us comfortable. The proximity to downtown and restaurants was awesome!

Great place!

Very, very nice house. It was clean (very important to me), spacious and well equipped. The different levels were nice as those with younger children had room on one of the lower levels. It was close to town and the property was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay

This place was so great to stay at. The house had plenty of space and fun activities like ping pong and a lot of board games. Beds were all very comfy and the larger shower was great. The location for us was perfect and it was a short walk away from downtown and a ton of awesome places. Definitely staying here the next time we are in town!

Great location and spacious

A birthday weekend with friends, this property was perfect for multiple couples with varying schedules - it offered lots of different places to hang out, both inside and outside, and was within walking distance to downtown, very convenient. Mas and Judy were extremely helpful, clearly working hard to make sure our experience was great.

Great property just minutes from downtown. Lots of room to spread out and comfortable rooms. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need. 2nd time staying here and will stay again in the future.

Wonderful home

Our family got together for Christmas early. This home was perfect for our family. Different levels allowed each family to have their space. Kitchen is well equipped. The sunset into the dinning room was amazing!! Thank you for hosting us! We will be back.

Floors of Greatness!

This home was fabulous! We slept 8 adults very comfortable between the number of bedrooms and hidden beds throughout the home! Pull out couches and even a murphy bed took us by surprise and left everyone sleeping comfortably. The proximity to downtown Flagstaff was perfect. It's a simple walk downhill and you're to San Francisco street within a couple of minutes. We did opt to take Uber's home, as walking up that big hill at night didn't seem too safe by foot. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The owners have every cabinet labeled, which made it easy to find things and easy to put things back! The design of the home was so neat. I've never seen a home designed this way! There were several staircases that led to different levels of the home. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Great Location

We are a group of 7 adults who came to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona and chose to stay in Flagstaff due to being a centralized location to our places of interest. This house was the perfect home base for us. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms (3 on the main floor and one in the lower level apartment area). Large kitchen equipped with everything you need to make meals. Plenty of seating throughout the home - bright sunroom area with large windows, family room with large leather couches and a spacious back deck with lots of shade. Everyone in our group said the beds were comfortable. The arcade system was a fun addition, we had a Pac-Man tournament during one evening of our stay. The house is walking distance from downtown but note it is at the top of the hill so the walk back up is a little steep. We walked into town one night for dinner and another day to just walk around. There are lots of unique shops and restaurants and we also came across a large farmers market on Sunday morning which had some delicious food truck options. We would love to come back to explore the area some more and would not hesitate to stay in this home again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Exactly what we were looking for!!!

Ww had a wonderful experience! The owner was so helpful and responsive, the home was beautiful and spacious and the location was perfect! Walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Exceeded our expectations for our entire family! We will definitely stay here again!
