We spent little time in the apt but what we did spend was fine. We liked the nature out the back door and loved seeing deer walk across the green spaces. We did not use the clubhouse amenities but they were open for us to use. The primary bed was very firm.My issue is with host and communication. 3 days into our 5 night stay they cut the reservation short by one night. However, I noted the error on the dates when we checked in and corrected it with the desk, so I knew the apt was available for the last night because they were able to extend/change the reservation right at check-in after showing proof of dates. I am not sure why it was "available" at the check-in desk but I was messaged 3 days later and told it was not available. The original reservation that was approved included the last night and I was asked multiple times via text and app to "confirm" the dates which I repeated multiple times including the final night of our stay and it was never corrected a single time-- not once did the host state something to the affect that our final night was up in the air despite me clearly outlining dates. The night we added later was on the start of our reservation. I await my credit for the final night of our stay which was promised when we had to leave early. I don't understand how you can run a business where you mid-trip just delete the last night of a family trip that was previously confirmed. Please ensure your dates are confirmed with specific read back of the dates.
