« This is my go-to place to stay twice a year when I visit Culpeper. The courtyard is nice for walking your dog although you can't count on others to clean up after their pet but regardless, the staff has always been friendly, the rooms have been clean, and they have been working on upgrading the rooms. There are better hotels in the area, but for the price, service and upgraded rooms, I would recommend especially if you have a pet. »

« Studio #4, no windows, back ground noise due to cooling engine on the roof. Forced to unplug the fridge during the night, too noisy too and ... noisy bed. in one word : Noisy. »

« The room was clean and comfortable, well appointed, spacious & clean master bath, and the breakfast was delicious. Amanda is a very attentive & accommodating hostess, and went out of the way to make sure that our stay was top notch. She even called ahead at the restaurant to let them know we were running a few minutes behind our reservation time. »

« Wonderful room, with a huge, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The check-in was very quick as we had dinner reservations at the nearby (1-block walk) Inn at Little Washington. The breakfast space was warm and welcoming, with a fruit and granola parfait, followed by a tasty quiche. The White Moose Inn hit all the high points and certainly will be a repeat reservation for a future trip! »
